UK SALES MANAGER - EXHBITION STANDS
LOCATION: HOMEBASED (MIDLANDS AND SOUTH)

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality exhibition stands, offering both self build and custom build solutions for clients across the UK and Europe. With all manufacturing handled in-house, they deliver premium, innovative and flexible display systems to businesses looking to make an impact at trade shows and exhibitions.
They are seeking an ambitious and results driven UK Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and develop new business opportunities. This is a homebased role covering the UK (and occasionally Europe), with travel to client sites and industry events as required. For the right candidate, this role offers the potential to become Sales Director Designate, with potential Directorship opportunities available after 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the exhibition industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Provide expert advice on self-build and custom-build exhibition stand solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients across various industries.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads.
- Work closely with the in-house design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the exhibition, events, or display industry.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- A proactive and consultative sales approach.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe.
- A full UK driving licence.
