With almost 16 years’ experience Clare started out her working career within our Admin team, she showed a natural talent for training and within a year she was promoted to Training Supervisor and from then on she has gone from strength to strength and has worked her way up through the ranks to General Manager and recently promoted to Operations Director. She is now responsible for the day to day management of the office, recruitment, staff training, through to technical resolutions, on top of all of that she is also a successful sales person with a proven track record in well placed matches and a loyal candidate and client base. Her enthusiasm is contagious and something that her colleagues and clients will all recognise.
