SALES MANAGER - SIGNAGE

Our client is a leading provider of signage and printing solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They specialize in a wide range of signage, including indoor and outdoor displays, static & digital, vehicle wraps, and large format printing services. Their goal is to help businesses and organisations effectively communicate their brand and message through innovative signage solutions.
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales team in promoting their signage and printing services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry and have a proven track record in sales management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to the directors.
  • Conduct sales training and development sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, in the signage industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Clarity CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of signage and printing processes, materials, and technology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
