£OPEN (DOE) + Commission 5% Net on all sales + Car Allowance or Company Car
Our client is a well-established and successful Industrial Packaging Wholesaler based in the North West. They offer a range of industrial packaging solutions from FIBC's and polypropylene sacks to bale wrap, waste wrap, botany, box bags, liners and stretch films.
They are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join their team, the chosen candidate will be skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships with a proven track record of winning new business in a B2B sales environment, strong technical knowledge of the industry and products would be an advantage. You will be helping to continue the company growth with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing new clients and developing new business
- Contacting prospective clients and developing mutually valuable relationships with decision makers
- Nurturing and partnering with new clients to develop strong recurring revenues
- Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge and be able to present our service as bespoke solution
- Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products and services
- Consistently achieving monthly targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience selling FIBC with B2B sales experience
- Demonstrable track record of identifying and winning New Business
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels
- A proven track record of consistently achieving targets
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of both the products and the industry
- 5 year's experience of working in a Senior Sales Role
- Demonstrate significant growth in their portfolio of customers
