LAMINATOR OPERATOR / EXPERIENCED OR TRAINEE
MERSEYSIDE
£DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + Overtime 1 ½ (Sundays Double Time)
SHIFTS - 3X12 HOURS - TUE, WED, THURS (6am-6pm / 6pm - 6am)
Our client is a leading manufacturer in flexographic printing, lamination and slitting. They are currently looking to recruit a Laminator Operator to set up and run a Combi Laminator machine to high standards in line with company targets and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining laminating machines, ensuring the production of high-quality laminated materials while adhering to safety standards and production schedules.
Previous experience is not essential my client will consider candidates with time served in other areas of manufacturing. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- To operate the machinery in a safe working manner in line with all company best practices and procedures
- Properly operate machine to run efficiently and produce quality products
- Maximise the utilisation of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed
- Adhere to production schedule
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Self-motivated individual who pays close attention to detail
- Excellent communicator to all levels of Managers and Employees
- Able to follow instructions and complete within a given timeline
- Good organisational skills, maintain working area and ensure that it is kept clean
- General administration skills
The successful candidate would have to demonstrate that they would be able to:

- Be enthusiastic in their attitude and approach to work
