My client is a leading company specialising in on-shelf flexible packaging laminates, dedicated to providing innovative packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries, including food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and more.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the flexible packaging sector. You will work closely with existing clients to maintain strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sales of on-shelf flexible packaging laminates. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of flexible packaging, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the clients on-shelf flexible packaging laminates, including product features, benefits, and applications.
- Engage with other functions, especially with Customer Service and Application Engineers, to provide the customer with products and services that meet or exceed their expectations and ensure the profitability of the offer
