DESIGN DATA SPECIALIST - DIGITAL PRINT / MAILING SERVICES

Our client specialise in providing comprehensive solutions for design, print, mailing services, and document management across diverse sectors. They are currently looking to recruit a Design Data Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop variable data print projects using XMPie, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Mailing Production teams to integrate data and design into VDP templates.
• Collaborate with Client Services to amend or design various print artwork.
• Present a general understanding of DSA guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data in all printed materials.
• Maintain up to date documentation of processes and projects whilst also identifying and suggesting improvements.
• Communicate effectively with Production teams to help manage workload.
• Operate and maintain digital printing presses and other digital equipment
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary

Experience/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in XMPie (advantageous), Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Excel (both essential) and the Fiery suite of software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of various teams as well as independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Recent experience within the Digital Print and Communications industry would be preferred but not essential.
