CNC OPERATOR - SIGNAGE PRODUCTION

Salary: £Open DOE + Overtime at Time 1/2

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Benefits: 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing to 25 days over time)

Our client is a leading provider of bespoke signage solutions in Merseyside. They are committed to delivering high-quality, custom signage to businesses and individuals. They are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team, working with state-of-the-art equipment to create precision signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 3 Axis MultiCam CNC Routers to produce custom signs and displays
• Use EnRoute (distinct advantage) and VCarve software for programming and designing jobs
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for each project
• Ensure the efficient operation of the CNC machine and troubleshoot as necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality output
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues
• Manage multiple jobs efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the signage or similar industry
• Proficiency with MultiCam CNC machines - ideally
• Experience using EnRoute or VCarve software - ideally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
