We are working with a well-established integrated communications agency to recruit a Client Services Account Manager. This exciting role is perfect for someone with strong experience in client relationship management, project execution, and business development in the print and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Proactively identify and develop new project opportunities with existing clients.
- Represent the business professionally across social media channels where applicable.
- Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution.
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose tailored services.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing structures, and contracts.
- Monitor market activity and competitors to help refine offerings.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure processes align with ISO and internal quality standards.
- Drive initiatives that improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records via CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and internal management systems.
- Provide account updates and project status reports to management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years' experience in account management / client services within the print / creative / mailing sector.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask across several accounts and projects.
- Proven success in meeting targets and growing client relationships.
- Team-oriented with a flexible and proactive mindset.
