Our client is an independently owned, well-established print and packaging company and is acknowledged as a leading industry innovator. They supply a wide and varied range of sachet and pouch solutions in compostable / recyclable materials, printed in house.

They are looking for an experienced flexible packaging professional to join the team
to develop quality new business covering the Southern England & The Midlands plus management of an existing portfolio of accounts. This is an exciting time for the business with several new sustainable products becoming available. This, coupled with their renowned abilities in offset and UV HD printing & converting, gives the successful candidate limitless possibilities to develop a successful career.

You will be given accounts to manage to ensure you are achieving sales from month one. The main focus of the role however is to develop new business and an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude will be required.

* You will bring a proven track record of developing new business within relevant markets or possibly be an ambitious with relevant experience looking for your next career move.
* You will possess drive, resilience, excellent organisation and presentation skills at Board level and a strong work ethic.
