Our client is a leading manufacturer who have been established for over 35 years, they offer their clients a range of products including; high-quality litho and digital print solutions, mailing services and benefit from an in house design unit.

With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, they serve a diverse range of clients across various industries. Their goal is to deliver outstanding print products and exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' printing needs are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

They are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding market presence. The primary focus will be on promoting litho print and small format digital print services.

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and prospects at all organisational levels.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Confidently deliver presentations to customers and prospects, including Director-level executives.
  • Leverage marketing strategies to effectively identify and target promising prospects.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mentality, always prioritising client needs and satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a strong drive for success and achievement.
  • Proactively manage lead generation and pipeline development with confidence and efficiency.
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the market landscape and the companies position within it.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Consistently work towards achieving set targets and goals.
  • Receive full support from both the marketing and sales administration teams.
