Our client is a BRC-accredited manufacturer specializing in bags, film conversion, packaging solutions, and labels. Serving clients in both the food and non-food sectors, they offer a comprehensive range of high-quality products, including block bottom bags, cross bottom bags, eco-friendly (compostable) options, plain and printed packaging, as well as an extensive label range.

Currently seeking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand their reach across both packaging and label markets. You will focus on driving sales growth by offering a dual portfolio of packaging and label solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets across the UK. With access to provided leads and the flexibility to seek new business, this position is ideal for an ambitious professional with experience in both packaging and labels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new opportunities across the packaging and label sectors, leveraging market insights and industry connections.
  • Promote and sell the company's full range of packaging and label solutions, demonstrating expertise in both product categories.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, tailoring solutions to client needs, and closing deals effectively.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings in both the packaging and label industries.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients, highlighting the value of the dual product offering.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging and label solutions, maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Stay up to date with innovations and developments in the packaging and label sectors to provide expert guidance to clients.
