BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BAGS
SOUTH EAST BASED / COVERING THE UK

My client is a BRC accredited bag manufacturer, film converter and packaging solutions provider based in the South East. They have clients in the food and none food sector offering a wide range of bags from block bottom, cross bottom, eco (compostable), plain and printed at competitive prices.
They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships with the freedom to cover the UK wide territory. The client offers a quick turnaround service for their customers never compromising on quality.
The chosen candidate will be given leads as well as finding their own new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs through a consultative approach, identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions and securing successful deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
- Stay informed about industry developments and product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
