TEAM LEADER - GLUING DEPARTMENT

SALARY UP TO £44,900 per year

SHIFT PATTERN: CONTINENTAL SHIFTS

Our client is a carton manufacturer based in West Yorkshire currently looking for a Team Leader to lead their Gluing Department. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production within site. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong leadership skills and hands on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team within the gluing department to ensure smooth production
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards and efficiency in operations
• Oversee machine setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance as required
• Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve production targets
• Ensure health & safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain workflow and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing/packaging environment
• Strong knowledge of gluing machinery and production processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety
