SIGN MAKER / INSTALLER - SIGNS / GRAPHICS

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Salary £24K- 30K (Depending On Experience)

Our client is a signage and graphics company based in the South East. They are currently looking to recruit a Sign Maker / Installer to join their team. The chosen candidate will have experience in the signage and graphics production department for one of the UKs largest, most successful sign companies.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Sign making, working with a wide range of substrates including Aluminium Composite, Aluminium, acrylics and Foamex amongst others, to a consistently high standard.
• Sign production in preparation of various vinyl's, including In-house production, apply vinyl's to various substrates, preparing vinyl graphics and laminating.
• Application of vinyl onto vehicles and window graphics.
• Installing all types of internal and external signage, not large amounts.
• Interpreting briefs accurately with an understanding of different signage including application and installation techniques.
• Following all company procedures and guidelines to ensure all signs are fitted safely and securely.
• Taking responsibility for your own and others' health and safety when working.
• Ensuring Risk Assessments and Method Statements are understood and followed.
• Providing outstanding customer service to clients and others at all times.
• Previous experience in sign making or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
