SIGN & GRAPHICS PROJECT MANAGER
BERKSHIRE
£32K - £38K (Dep on Experience)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Our client is a Sign and Graphics leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality signage solutions that help businesses stand out. With a strong commitment to creativity, precision, and customer satisfaction, they specialise in delivering impactful signage for diverse industries. They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive the signage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Manage end-to-end signage projects, including design, production, and installation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Address client feedback and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with Designers, production teams, and Installers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads across teams.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Monitor projects to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits as needed to oversee installations and troubleshoot challenges.
Risk & Budget Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience managing projects, in the signage industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages .
- Familiarity with signage production processes, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Relevant trade accreditations I.e. SSSTS
- Knowledge of Risk and Method statement document presentation
