SENIOR QUALITY COORDINATOR

BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND

Day shift: Monday to Friday (7.30am - 3.30am Approx.)

Basic Salary: £30-35K + Company pension, Free parking, Health & wellbeing program

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor ongoing product quality throughout the production process by conducting random quality checks.
• Act independently from production for the final release of pharmaceutical and other products as determined by the Quality Manager.
• Inspect incoming products from suppliers.
• Operate the EyeC Proofiler system as needed.
• Conduct internal audits on process, housekeeping, and glass/brittle plastic areas.
• Maintain the quality system as directed by the Quality Manager.
• Perform customer-specific approvals and testing as required.
• Participate in quality improvement projects as needed.
• Engage in Health, Safety & Environment programs and adhere to HSE practices.
• Coordinate the processing of customer returns and quarantined products.

Person Specification:

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Practical knowledge of health and safety.
• Ability to use initiative.
• Qualification in Quality and/or Engineering.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Highly analytical, results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
