Position Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced Senior National Sales Manager with a strong track record of business growth and client relationship management in the label sector. This role involves driving revenue through strategic account management and acquiring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally, working collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring excellent customer service while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients in target markets and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives in line with the company's strategic and tactical goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing presentations and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
• Present innovative solutions to clients and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in driving business growth and maintaining client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of label design, production, or technical processes is required.
• Ability to engage with key decision-makers, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• A high level of personal accountability and commitment to achieving results.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
