Our client, a well-established, privately-owned company, specialises in the manufacture of high-end, bespoke premium carton packaging for the fragrance, spirits/beverage, cosmetics, and premium healthcare sectors. Renowned for their outstanding service, cutting-edge press technology, and comprehensive design capabilities, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee their England territory.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling printed folded cartons, ideally within the fragrance, spirits/beverage, cosmetics, or premium healthcare industries. This role with focus on managing and retaining a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and strengthen relationships with established accounts, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships
- Deliver exceptional customer service within the territory, ensuring territory planning, execution, and monitoring measures are in place to meet budgetary goals
- Drive growth by actively identifying and engaging potential customers
- Develop and implement targeted sales approaches and acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and achieve quarterly and annual business objectives
- Oversee contracts and pricing agreements for the territory, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
- While the primary focus is on retaining and managing existing business, seek out opportunities to win new accounts and contribute to the company's growth
