Sales Co-Ordinator (Ref: PK8465)

The successful candidate will be working within the internal sales and customer services team. You will be liaising with customers about their requirements, preparing specifications and processing customers orders on the computer system.

The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and be extremely customer focused, organised, resilient, and have the ability to adapt to each situation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
• Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for customers
• Prioritise and set up all customer order requirements
• Apply excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer's needs, cost and time restraints
• Investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist the sales team employees in resolution
• Provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments as needed
