Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Our client is a well-established Label manufacturer looking for a Label Sales & Production Co-ordinator who will be integral to processing and delivery of finished products and goods to their customers. You will liaise directly with their market organisations, other departments within the UK and Europe, customers and other departments to ensure resource/support is available to meet project timelines seamlessly.

Co-ordination of:

  • Process orders for labels and consumables that may originate from customers or sales staff.
  • Monitor open orders and keep relevant parties informed of expected deliveries.
  • Liaising with sales team, department colleagues, and labels factory to ensure a trouble-free experience for customers ensuring needs are met.
  • Providing all relevant documents both internally and externally.
  • Managing customer expectations including pricing and delivery.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints process.
  • Invoice of orders and collection of debtors.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations.
  • Assist with stock management.
  • Issue Production Purchase orders.
  • Manage Purchase Orders to Suppliers within the Operations.
  • Coordinate and control the Production Plan.
  • Provide administrative support to the Labels teams.
  • Support of other team members within the Department.
  • Ad-Hoc duties as per the request of your Line Manager.
