Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm / Monday - Friday

Our client is a signage and large format digital company based in the Bristol area, who are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager. Celebrating over 53 years of service, our client is a friendly and enjoyable place to work. They have state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and a spacious working environment. Offering free on-site parking for all their team and working hours designed to avoid the rush hour.

This is an office-based role, however you will be required to visit clients when needed.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Handling phone enquires and taking on any sales that come through
• Managing and responding to any web enquires
• Visiting clients and conducting site surveys when needed - company van provided
• Responsible for managing existing customers expectations and be part of the company's expansion plans over the upcoming years
• Preparing sale quotations / estimating
• General administration duties
• Assisting with internal purchasing and raising purchase orders
• Assisting with the preparation and organisation of job sheets
• Monitoring and actioning emails
• Creating new leads and business
• Good communication skills with customers both verbal and written
