QUALITY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

SALARY CIRCA: £40K / £50K Depending on Experience, 8% Bonus, 30 Days Holidays + Pension after 3 month probation

Hours: 8am - 5pm with one day a week 2pm finish

You will be a member of the senior management team with 1 Direct Report - Part Time Administrator.

The Role:

• Seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to maintain QMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Manage QMS, conduct audits, investigate issues, and lead improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure continued adherence to ISO9001, ISO14001, BRCGS, GDPR, and SMETA.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, oversee CAPA plans, and maintain safety standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, manage audits, and track KPIs.
• NCRS, Customer feedback etc.

What You Need:

• 3+ years in quality/compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO, BRCGS & regulatory standards
• Experience leading audits & compliance initiatives
• Strong problem-solving & leadership skills
