What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, and ISO compliance across the business.
• Assisting with internal and external audits and maintaining key certifications.
• Helping to implement legislative updates and supporting staff training on compliance standards.
• Working with Helios inspection systems and ensuring quality processes are followed.
• Collaborating with Shop Floor and Office staff on process improvements and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental Compliance (any manufacturing background considered).
• A basic understanding of BRC, HACCP, NEBOSH, SEDEX, or ISO standards (or a willingness to learn).
• Good attention to detail, good work ethic, a proactive approach, and an interest in developing a career in compliance.
• Training will be provided for any skill gaps - this role is perfect for someone looking to build their expertise and progress.
