Up to £28K (Depending on Experience) + Paid Overtime

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm / Monday - Friday

Our client is a Large Format / Exhibition company who are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support their Project Management team and help ensure seamless project execution. The Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping projects organised and on schedule. You'll support the Project Management team, assist with planning and ensure all aspects of delivery run smoothly. There is plenty of room for growth in this role, with opportunities to develop your skills and take on greater responsibilities as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Management team in coordinating and delivering projects.
  • Support client briefings and the initial stages of project development.
  • Maintain and update live project schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work with the internal design team to ensure timely proofing and approvals.
  • Take ownership of small events, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard.
  • Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Uphold the company's values and commitment to sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with teams and clients.
