PRODUCTION OFFICE COORDINATOR

SWINDON

£25,000 - £28,000 + Company Pension + Free Onsite Parking

Holiday: 23 Days + 8 Bank Holiday

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 9:00am - 5:30pm / Monday to Friday

Our client has been established for over 40 years and is part of a larger group. For the last 14 years the company have offered a complete signage and large format printing solution including installation across the UK, specialising in the construction industry.

Our client is looking for a Production Office Coordinator (Signage) to join their friendly Installation and Fabrication team. Working closely with the Installation Manager you will show pride in your work and have great attention to detail ideal candidate will be a great communicator, well organised who is proactive and able to use their initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with on-time delivery of new project installations by ensuring the correct products, resources and personnel are available and allocated in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers to address queries and ensure installation readiness.
  • Keep both customers and installers informed of any issues impacting installations.
  • Liaise with Customer Services to progress approvals of proofs and artwork through to production.
  • Provide RAMS documentation appropriate to each project to relevant parties.
  • Create installer documentation & utilise Vantage software (training will be given).


Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role with a knowledge of the signage industry is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to priorities tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of detail.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
