PRODUCTION MANAGER

NORTH WEST

Salary Guide: £45K (flexible for the right candidate) + Company Car + Pension + Bonus

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - Day Shift

Our client is a leading UK supplier of cutting tools within the packaging industry. They manufacture a comprehensive range of products servicing the UK's main Folding Cartons, Corrugated Packaging, Greeting Cards, Flexible Circuit and Gasket Manufacturing Sectors.

They are currently looking for a Production Manager to join their team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of their production facility while ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained and the health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Manage a team of 26 members of staff
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Relevant qualifications in production management or a related field
