⭐PRODUCTION MANAGER - FLEXO LABEL PRINTING⭐

LOCATION: SURREY / SOUTH LONDON

SALARY: £50K-£60K / Holidays & Benefits: Negotiable

Hours: Mon-Fri (office hours preferred)

Our client is looking for a hands-on Leader with flexo printing (or similar) experience to manage and improve production processes. You'll start on the shop floor to understand operations before implementing new systems, improving KPIs, and optimising output.

As the aim of the business is focused on growth in profitability, the role of the Production Manager is to ensure that all Production conducted within the business provides optimum efficiencies and quality at all times. The Production Manager may be required to represent the company in public at events, and with the Works Manager, will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the Production team and supporting their professional development. The Production Manager will work alongside the management team to identify and evaluate operational performance and will require an understanding of performance related figures to ensure optimum levels of Production are achieved.
