NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

GREATER LONDON

£30K - £50K (Depending on Turnover Experience) + Car or Car Allowance + Commission etc.

Our client are a medium sized large format digital print company based in the South East. They offer a wide range of products including large format digital graphics, signage, hoardings, retail displays, wallpapers and exhibition graphics along with installation to their nationwide client base.

They are currently looking to recruit a New Business Development Manager to bring in £250K+ depending on their experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling bespoke large format graphics - anything from wall / window graphics, exhibition graphics, displays, retail graphics and signage etc.
  • Selling into any sectors that have a requirement for bespoke short-run, large-format graphics
  • Visiting the office on the outskirts of London a couple of times a week, however more if needed.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyse competitors and industry trends to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential value to the company.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and progress towards targets.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • The successful candidate would need to be proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
