NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CORRUGATED PACKAGING / PACKAGING MATERIALS

SALARY: CIRCA £35K + Excellent Uncapped Commission Structure (paid on all business including repeat orders- UP TO 3%) + Company Car + 22 days holiday

TERRITORY: NORTHAMPTON / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Our client is an independent Corrugated Sheet Plant who offer a wide range of high-quality corrugated packaging and a full range of packaging consumables, they have their own warehouse based centrally and also have their own delivery fleet.

Our client is looking to recruit a Homebased Business Development Manager to cover Northampton / Buckinghamshire, the role is to focus on generating new business however there are many leads and lapsed accounts that will be passed over and the company also have a strong internal sales team.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Experience selling corrugated packaging / packaging consumables
Generation of new business within the territory
Increasing sales within existing accounts, dormant and lapsed accounts
Follow up warm leads
Managing own accounts offering excellent customer service
Excellent interpersonal / negotiating and communication skills
Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
