Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through lead development, cold calling, and researching market opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Spot and qualify opportunities within your existing customer network, identifying areas to grow accounts and expand service offerings.
  • Be the go-to person for both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.
  • Drive growth by developing leads into business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide product selection support and training to ensure customers are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Regularly report to management with detailed insights on your performance and market trends.

What The Company Is Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the printing industry, especially in self-adhesive labels, with strong technical knowledge of flexo or digital print processes.
  • A track record of success in Business Development, Sales Management, or a relevant role in the packaging sector.
  • Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software to stay organised and track performance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can efficiently manage time and plan to exceed sales targets.
  • Midlands-based or with easy access to major motorway networks.
