MACHINE OPERATOR - CORRUGATED PACKAGING

NORTH WEST

SALARY £OPEN (Depending on Experience)

SHIFT PATTERN: 2 ROTATING SHIFTS - 6am till 2pm / 2pm till 10pm

Our client is a market leading, independent corrugated packaging manufacturer, they have a state of the art factory and have invested in the very latest kit including a brand new Casemaker. My client specialises in bespoke conventional corrugated packaging (B, C and BC printed up to 3 Col) supplying a wide range of market sectors.

They are currently looking for Machine Operators to join their production department with experience with corrugated printing, die cutting and casemaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of corrugated packaging
• Set up machines for production runs, including adjustments for printing, die cutting, and casemaking
• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet company standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience with corrugated printing, die cutting or casemaking machines
• Familiarity with machine operation in a manufacturing or packaging environment
