LARGE FORMAT PRODUCTION OPERATOR OR TEAM LEADER

BRISTOL

£Open (Depending on Experience) + Overtime (Time ½) + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Hours: Week 1: 7:00 am - 2.30pm / Week 2: 12.30pm - 8pm

Our client is a leading Large Format Digital and Graphics Company based in the South West. They are currently looking to recruit a Production Operator or Team Leader, depending on experience to join their team you will be joining a friendly team who work together to give their customers a 5* service.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Operating the various machinery: Zund, Kongsberg, SwissQ, Summa Cutter, Graphtec, Mimaki machines.
• In-house production of signs, graphics, and acoustics.
• Operating light machinery and power tools.
• Working as part of a team.
• To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
• To always promote and maintain a positive image of the company.
• Organised and can work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety and working with machinery.
• Ability to work as a team.
