LARGE FORMAT PRINTER

LONDON

Up to £33K (Depending on Experience) + Overtime + Bonuses +Pension

8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm / Monday to Friday

Our client is a Large Format Digital Print company based in London, they are currently looking for a Large format Digital Printer. They are a renowned and established award-winning company creating spectacular bespoke wall finishes and art pieces for international clients in their London workshop. Projects cover the high end commercial, hospitality, residential and yachting sectors.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a large UV format printer (LEJ-640S/LEF-400).
Responsible for all aspects of production of project-based print jobs including documentation and sampling of all job specifications, colours and profiles.
Printing on various different finishes (including glass) according to the specifications and artwork provided
Liaising with and receiving job briefs from the Sales & Projects team
Quality control of finished print projects
UV Printer maintenance on a systematic basis
Organising the print room and keeping it tidy at all time

Essential Skills:

All applicants must have a minimum of two years experience operating a UV Large format printer
Competence in Adobe Creative Suite programs (including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and Caldera and Onyx
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong Attention to Detail
All applicants will be required to lift and handle glass. The successful candidate will be fully trained in glass handling during the induction period.
