An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior and a senior Sales Representative for an established International Label Manufacturer reporting directly to the company Directors. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Sales Manager in the day to day management of customer accounts plus new business development.


As one of Europe's most trusted packaging manufacturers, they produce high quality self adhesive, peel & reveal, booklet labels and packaging for some of the largest brands in Food, Drink, Pharma and Healthcare markets.
To be successful in this position, you must possess strong sales capabilities whilst also understanding the granular dynamics of the industry. You will possess excellent communications and analytical skills and an ability to motivate in a performance culture.


You must have a proven sales track record within the printed packaging sector, specifically with labels or possibly leaflets or cartons if in the Healthcare sector. This is a field-based role with the requirement to be visible weekly at the company offices.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • To effectively provide best in class customer service whilst also protecting business margins.
  • Responsible for consistent delivery of new business sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to design and implement an effective sales plan, adapting and modifying as necessary to this dynamic marketplace.
  • Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality and diversity
  • Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools
  • Support and champion change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities.
  • Provide the senior management team with regular reports including sales funnel, as agreed, and continuous informal market intelligence as it relates to the company.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years' experience in a sales position with existing market knowledge and access.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's minimum standards.
  • Skilled in the areas of consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, coaching and negotiations.
  • Developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strategic thinker who can analyse market, category and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions.
  • In support of their 'Customer first' model, work effectively across all departments to remove obstacles and service customers flawlessly.
  • Acts with integrity and assume full accountability for treating others with respect and honesty.
