INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE OPERATOR
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 3 Shift System (Days, Afternoons, Nights)

They are seeking a skilled and dedicated Injection Moulding Operator to become an integral part of their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Operation: Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to production specifications.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines, ensuring equipment is in good working condition to prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including material usage, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Supervisors and Quality Control Personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, machine operation, and troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and identify any defects.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and processes.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Communication: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and Supervisors.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 3 shift system, including days, afternoons, and nights.
