Our client is a leading global packaging group with a dedicated Packaging Origination & Brand Management division. They offer comprehensive services including design, artwork, reprographics, prototyping, digital asset management, cloud artwork, and workflow management systems for job tracking and project management.
They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious salesperson to drive the sale of Packaging Design & Brand Management services. The successful candidate will excel at securing new business with major blue-chip FMCG companies across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Relationship Building: Rapidly establish strong relationships with decision-makers at prospect companies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and collaborate with market analysts to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on account activities and opportunities.
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to manage and support the onboarding of new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, including client entertainment as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any client relationship issues through regular reviews.
- Product Development: Work with various departments locally and internationally to design and implement value-added products and services for customers.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis.
- Sales Reporting: Report monthly on sales activities and business outcomes.
- Project Participation: Engage in business projects as required.

Required Experience:
