Hours of Work: Monday to Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm

They are looking for a self-motivated & Positive team member to join their team. The ideal candidate would be someone that has extensive experience of operating a wide range of small format printing machines & finishing equipment along with Rip Software. The client is an ever-growing Printing Company that offers a huge range of solutions to customers and are always looking to improve and diversify.
The Digital Press Print Operator is crucial part in the production team, needing to work in conjunction with pre-press and finishing to make sure of a high quality and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities /Requirements:
- Running Ricoh Digital Press Ricoh Pro C7110SX or similar
- Running multiple small format finish machines to maximise output
- Good Knowledge or Colour Matching within Rip Software
- Liaising with machine Engineers to ensure the highest quality output
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Knowledge of media & substrates
- Working with suppliers / suggesting suitable alternatives
- Liaising among different departments e.g. creative and account management
- Working with Managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Experience of operating RIP software
- Working knowledge of files: Layers/ Cutting paths/ White print /Colour correction
- Previous Machinery & equipment knowledge essential
- Previous Finishing equipment knowledge essential
- Ability to use Adobe creative Suite
- Being positive and motivational at work
- Professionalism and punctuality
- Forward thinking and always looking for ways to utilise new technology & innovative materials
- Previous experience in a digital print production environment
- Stock control and print process knowledge
- Colour matching

- Would prefer someone with Large Format experience
