ARTWORKER - PRINTED PACKAGING

Salary Circa £25-29K + Bonus up to 8% of Salary (KPI based) + 30 Days Holidays + Pension after 3 month probation

The company is on the lookout for an Artworker to produce commercial-quality artwork across a range of media by taking a design concept from a designer and tidying it up so it can be used for print, to ensure that the artwork meets the needs of the client's brief and any brand guidelines.

Your work will involve retouching, reworking or fixing the design, customising typography, colour balancing, resizing documents and eliminating any inconsistencies. You'll have a great eye for detail and will be able to spot potential problems with designs.

Hand on experience with Adobe Suite is required for this role, also any experience with CERM / ERP systems will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine artwork from concept to final approval
• Design corporate visuals using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Retouch images and ensure print-ready standards
• Format and correct files before printing
• Maintain brand consistency and accuracy in artwork
• Impose variable print files for digital production
• Organize, manage, and archive artwork files
• Maintain and update the in-house image library
• Proof-check artwork and print proofs
• Adapt existing designs for different formats
