Up to £33,421K + Pension + Death In Service Benefit + 22 days Holidays rising to 25 days after 4 years continuous service (incl. bank hols) + Death in Service x3 Salary

Double Day Shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Our Client is a quality focused leader and innovator in the self-adhesive label industry for Branded Goods and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare markets.

They currently require 2 Flexographic Printers to operate their Mark Andy Presses, the company can take anyone who has operated a Nilpeter, Gallus, MPS, Omet or similar as training will be provided.

Duties include operating and tending to machines, preparing products for delivery and storage, handling and moving materials to produce a smooth workflow, and inspecting equipment to ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities:

• Daily productivity responsibility ensuring that individual schedule and targets set are achieved.
• Ensuring that jobs are produced to the highest quality level and that the quality procedures are followed.
• Responsibility for cleanliness and general maintenance of equipment used in the process.
• You are required to relay information through the specification sheet on how jobs are produced and exactly what settings are required to repeat the process.
• You will be working with the Production Manager to continually improve quality, processes and production efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, Gallus, MPS or Omet machines or similar
• A good eye for detail
• Used to working to SOPs and quality standards
• A team worker
• Good communication skills
